When it comes to farts; I have noticed that many people take it as an offensive word and this includes females usually. I have seen that my mother and sisters hate the word ‘fart’ and I make fun of it all the time. Well, upon a little research I found out that farts bother a lot of men too especially in the mornings. The funny thing is that I did this research after I experienced a couple of big farts early morning a couple of days back; trust me, it feels terrible yet funny at the same time.


Talking about my problem of farts; I know why it exists. I eat a lot of sweets that are enough to create farts throughout the day annoying people around me. I tried leaving sweets for a while like around for 2 or 3 weeks and I noticed that my farts were gone; this happened because the flatulence levels and bloating went really down. So, just to check whether it is because of sweets or not I started eating them again; what would have happened? Bloating and flatulence shot back up within two days and the farts cam back to where they were. Well, since two weeks I am back on my old routine eating all kinds of sweets and having uncontrollable farts; cut down on such stuff and your farts will surely reduce.


First of all, if you are seriously high on farting all the time you should considering talking to a doctor and getting yourself checked. Secondly, you can do some experimenting with the food stuff by trying various things and cutting down on others. This way you can see what foods are causing those uncontrollable farts and which ones are helpful. Many are cannot tolerate lactose therefore they should not eat a lot of dairy products; I would say that they should not eat those at all. Foods that are full of fats take much longer to break down and digest; this causes gas and you end up farting until that food gets digested. Fruit drinks, dairy products, soft drinks, wholegrain foods, apples, and pears are a few food items that can cause farts for several people; check if you are one of them.


These are just a few tips to help you in controlling farts; however, all the people have different chemistry going on inside their bodies so get yourself checked just to make sure about things.
